Is Your Dog’s License Current? If Not You Could Be Fined!

Since 1933 the state of California has required that all dogs be licensed within the county they live.

But are you aware that your dog needs to be microchipped, neutered (over 4 months of age*), and current with its vaccinations?

If your dog does not meet all the above requirements, then you should know the county of Riverside is handing out fines up to $412 per dog (see actual letter).

Therefore, Drake Properties will be asking all pet owners to provide proof of current licensing. This will ensure that all owners and tenants alike will avoid high fines and unnecessary trouble.
